First things first– who exactly is Hal?
Hal is the CEO/President of Cardinal Realty Group. He’s the brains and the expert behind the whole operation. Having been active in St. Louis commercial real estate since 1982, he has seen various clients from different parts of the country and the globe make successful real estate transactions.
During this 34 years in the industry, Hal has established a reputation as a trusted and renowned expert in leasing retail spaces in St. Louis Metro. Aside from having a keen eye on the best commercial properties in the area, Hal is also noted for being a highly analytical real estate professional. Past clients have applauded his ability to perform “sensitivity” and “what if” analysis so he can help clients make the wise financial decisions.
The Early Years
With a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Drury University, Hal started out as an eagle-eyed real estate professional specializing in leasing commercial properties in 1982. During this period, he served as Vice President at Yorkshire Village, Inc. and as Construction Manager at Adrian Koch, Inc. He served in both companies for 17 years.
While working for Yorkshire Village and Adrian Koch, Hal acquired experience in commercial real estate and development. Some of his projects included the leasing and management of Yorkshire Shopping Center-Webster Groves and several other residential, commercial, industrial, and farm properties in the St. Louis metro area. Hal later went to Webster University in 1995 to gain his MA in Real Estate Management.

Hal established Cardinal Realty Group in 2004. Today, it’s become of one the most recognized and trusted full-service commercial real estate brokerages in the area, specializing in St. Louis Metro’s Missouri side.
